Project 5 proposal

For the final project, I decide to take photographs about buildings mostly in our campus. At the beginning, I was deciding to take photographs of landscape. However, to take great landscapes requires a great amount of time for traveling. So the final idea of my final project is to take photographs of buildings in the College of Wooster. If possible, I will also try to find other significant buildings within Wooster area and include them in photo pool of my final project. The final project should looks like a series includes photographs of buildings in black and white form. My idea is not inspired by artists; it is inspired by photographs in our libraries which represent the history of the college. The reason why I choose to take photographs of the college is that I have already being here for three and half years and haven’t captured any photographs for this campus. So I think to do this project, I will both practice my skill on landscape of building and create a series of my own college memory. At this time I have very limited understanding in photo printing area, so it would be better for me to decide the size of prints after gain more knowledge in printing area.
